We carry out comprehensive audiological assessments and take time to understand the unique challenges you face.  

With extensive knowledge and experience across the full range of hearing implant technologies from all recognised manufacturers, we provide impartial, personalised recommendations tailored to your individual hearing needs, lifestyle, and goals. 

We take time to explain your hearing condition and answer any questions you may have, enabling you to make informed decisions about your care. 

We work closely with experienced ENT implant surgeons as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, delivering a truly collaborative approach to your care.  

Should you choose to proceed with a hearing implant, we will provide comprehensive ongoing support, including device programming, listening rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up, to help you achieve the very best possible outcomes from your implant. 

Our assessment packages consist of a series of core appointments and are in line with UK good practice clinical guidelines which supplements the ENT Consultant assessments.

The appointments combine specialist audiological assessments with personalised information, counselling, and rehabilitation support, ensuring that you are fully informed and supported throughout the process. 

Following completion of the assessment, you will receive a detailed multidisciplinary team report outlining our findings and recommendations, together with clear guidance on the options available to you.

We offer a flexible combination of virtual and in-person appointments.  This allowing us to tailor the assessment pathway to meet your needs while minimising unnecessary travel.  Our in person appointments take place in central London.

 By combining expert device programming and personalised rehabilitation support, we help patients achieve the best possible listening, communication, and quality-of-life outcomes from their hearing implant.

Following surgery, we provide a set of programming and review appointments at key intervals, interspersed with a series of dedicated listening rehabilitation sessions.  

This model provides optimal support to help you adjust to hearing through your implant and maximise your listening potential.

In addition to your scheduled appointments, our team will be available to answer questions, provide advice, and check in on your progress via email, telephone, text message or what's app, ensuring you feel supported throughout your hearing implant journey.

Our post-operative care packages are designed in line with UK National Quality Standards and recognised best practice in hearing implant rehabilitation.
